Strawberry Banana Ice Cream

1 frozen banana

6-7 frozen strawberries

1/4 Cup milk (I used raw goat milk)

Blend banana, strawberries, and milk for a refreshing and completely healthy summer treat!  Add a drizzle of honey if desired.

*Store bought ice cream contains a laundry list of chemicals and harmful additives…do you have a yummy, healthier version of a favorite ice cream recipe?  If so, please share in the comments!!!

We’ve done this as a regular at our house. Also the frozen banana with a little peanut butter or almond butter. I’ve also drizzled with a maple syrup/coco powder combo. Lots of good combos.

Hi Lauren! OK… so I just copied and pasted a lot of your recipes… thank you!!! So we just made this ice cream in our blender which was yummy but more the consistency of a shake… how do you get it to ball up like that? Are wheat tortillas okay to eat? Can Babies (as in 9 months) eat raw cheese? I saw that you use raw dairy but I don’t even know where to start with that!;) Sorry I have so many questions! We are really trying to eat better around here… we’ve done pretty good for a week, but tend to stop at 2 weeks but I really want a lifestyle change for my family… especially for my babies! I can’t wait to try the hummus next! and we made those granola balls today too! (hehe… I got so excited so we made what we had ingredients for). Blessings and you truly are an inspiration!
